Southeast Asia welcomes over 130 million international visitors a year, and the workforce supporting that growth needs more than textbook training. This programme places learners inside VR replicas of hotel lobbies, F&B service floors, heritage sites, and cruise-ship operations — practising guest interactions, service recovery, multilingual communication, and culturally-grounded guiding techniques. Designed in consultation with operators in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, the curriculum reflects the actual service expectations of the region's premium hospitality brands.
